We offer a flexible remanufacture service with a fast turnaround. It is often possible to process jobs on the same day and deliver direct to the customer if required. Our remanufacturing activities can be roughly divided into the following areas:

• Component Repair

Remanufacture of individual components is either by copying existing pattern parts - which may be worn or damaged – or by production from archive drawings. If castings are required, then patterns can be produced either by ourselves or the foundry. Component Repair of metal parts is often undertaken on items such as larger fabrications, casings, and worn parts. Agricultural and plant machinery are typical candidates for this type of service, where often a quick repair is needed and the replacement part is either prohibitively expensive or has an unacceptably long lead time for re-stocking. click here for more info...
