Remanufacture - Component Repair.

Metal components will regularly fail for one reason or another, whether its wear, impact damage or fatigue. Examples of the types of component repair we undertake include replacement of worn threads, rebuilding of corroded sections, extraction of sheared bolts and machining of new shafts to exacting tolerances.

Emergency repairs are our speciality. As a small dynamic company we can quickly and easily bring our skills to bear on your repair problems and if possible, carry out the repair and deliver the item on the same day. We can carry out full benchwork services including dismantling and final reassembly.

Examples.

The two images below are of a hydraulic valve plate for Thorpe Park's "Stealth" ride, damaged by in-line contamination (pen resting on front spoke for scale). This was re-machined in two stages (after welding by our specialist provider) to re-establish the sealing faces. We regularly provide Thorpe Park with machining and repair services as part of their maintenance programme.

This work was turned around in a matter of hours on a Friday, so that the ride could be reassembled, tested and running on the Saturday.

The two images below are of broken titanium screw removal and "helicoil" repair to modular alloy wheels (in this case current model Bentley). We regularly provide this service to a local wheel refurbishment firm.
